The porters were knowledgeable about local landmarks and provided helpful information. The hotel is also centrally located, making it convenient to visit major tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with amenities like an iron, safe, instant coffee maker, mini bar, and blow dryer. The swimming pool and gym facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.

The in-room WiFi for iPhones XR was unreliable and only worked at the front desk, which was quite inconvenient.

The Executive Club Room was a fantastic choice, providing access to a dedicated lounge with a generous cocktail hour. The staff was friendly and helpful, recommending fantastic local restaurants. The room was clean and well-equipped, meeting all my needs. The swimming pool was small but well-maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

There was an issue with the receptionist when we requested an additional room. She initially claimed the hotel was fully booked, but we were able to book a room through another platform right in front of her.

The hotel was reasonably clean, facilities were GOOD, perfect location short walk to Gendarmenmarkt, the best Christmas markets in Berlin, most major attractions. Room was bright and non-smoking, ideal for 2 nights. They offered me abundant breakfast with great view of the famous square.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in the middle of the city center. Many of the major attractions are within walking distance, such as the Gate and Parliament, Museum Island, and Brandenburg Tor and Reichstag. You can easily explore the city without having to rely too much on public transportation.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the hotel. It's important for a hotel to ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and maintained for the comfort of their guests.

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially Bernd, Hass, Lara. Lopez. The location was excellent, close to tourist attractions and with convenient access to public transportation. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the lobby was spacious and cozy for gatherings with our group. Having the option to bring our dog along was a bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance. The hotel is situated on the River and offers fine views. The U-Bahn right outside made it very convenient to explore the city. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of choices and the option to take away coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and assisting with our bookings.

This hotel has truly luxurious amenities, including a spa offering a variety of treatments, an indoor pool and sauna, and even a solarium to enjoy. the restaurant and poolside snack bar serve delicious food, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for unwinding after a long day.

While the overall experience was fantastic, the only minor issue encountered was with the service. Although the staff was friendly and attentive most of the time, at times they seemed undertrained and slow to respond to requests.
